These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between CloudBets ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "member").

CloudBets is an online gaming and betting platform operating under the cloudbets.app domain. These terms apply to all pages of the site, the mobile app, email communications, and any related services.

• "Platform" refers to the cloudbets.app website and mobile application.
• "Member" refers to any individual holding a registered account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer provided by CloudBets.
• "Real money" refers to deposits and winnings that hold actual monetary value.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bangla. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with CloudBets, you must provide accurate and genuine information on the registration form. Creating an account using false information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• CloudBets is not liable for any security risks arising from logging in on another person's device.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized login, notify support immediately.

CloudBets strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18. During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is mandatory in the following cases:

• Prior to the first withdrawal.
• If the deposit amount exceeds ৳50,000.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account.
• If you change your payment method.

• A withdrawal request may be submitted while a bonus wagering requirement is still active, but the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfers take 1–2 business days.

CloudBets offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own terms and conditions detailed on the Bonus page. The general rules are:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (arbitrage, bet hedging) is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• CloudBets reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A maximum withdrawal limit applies to no-deposit bonuses.

Separate detailed rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming. The key conditions are:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed on those odds will be considered void.
• Any bet found to be associated with match fixing or manipulation will be voided.
• Placing bets by taking advantage of odds errors is strictly prohibited.
• CloudBets reserves the right to void any late betting detected during live betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CloudBets and will result in permanent account closure:

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Bonus arbitrage or systematic abuse of bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automation.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Opening an account using another person's identity documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

CloudBets may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• As part of legal obligations related to suspected money laundering.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, a refund process for any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be initiated. Balances may be temporarily held while an investigation is ongoing.

CloudBets believes that gaming is for entertainment, not a source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Complete account closure for a specified period.
• Reality check: automatic break reminders during extended sessions.

CloudBets reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• Notifications of any changes will be sent via email and through the app.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
