After logging in to CloudBets, you can find this information in two separate places:

To view your betting history: From the top menu Account → Betting Historyto view a full list of your bets filtered by the last 7 days, 30 days, or a custom date range. Each bet shows full details — the event, odds, stake, and outcome.

To view deposits & withdrawals: Account → Transaction History— where you'll find the date, amount, method, and status (successful/pending/failed) for every deposit and withdrawal.

You can also download your records as a PDF or Excel file — handy for tax purposes or personal bookkeeping.

Getting started with cricket betting at CloudBets is straightforward. After logging in, head to the menu and Sports Betting → Cricket.

Available markets:

• Match Winner – on who will win.
• Toss Winner – Which team will win the toss.
• Over/Under Runs – whether runs in a specific over will be more or less.
• Highest-scoring team (1st innings)
• Live Betting – Odds shift on every ball while the match is in play.
• Series Winner – T20, ODI, and Test formats all covered.

Click on your preferred market to add it to the bet slip. Enter your stake and hit "Confirm Bet" – that's all it takes. Minimum bet is ৳10.

CloudBets takes responsible gaming seriously. Five safety tools are available directly in your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Decreasing your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 72-hour waiting period.
• Session time limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play. Once your time is up, you'll receive an automatic reminder.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: You can permanently close your account at any time if you choose to.
• Reality Check: You'll receive a brief summary each hour showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent.

When a match is cancelled or stopped mid-way, CloudBets follows the policy below:

If the match is fully cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it starts or before any result is recorded, the full stake Within 24 hours Returned to your wallet.

If the match is interrupted (DLS/reduced overs):

• If an official result is declared under the DLS method, bets will be settled according to that result.
• If no official result is declared, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• A match is generally considered valid once at least 5 overs have been completed.

For Live Betting: In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed.

CloudBets has five VIP tiers. Points are earned automatically on every bet, and your tier is determined by your total accumulated points.

CloudBets runs multiple tournaments and leaderboard competitions every month, typically centered around Sports Betting or specific slots games.

How to participate:

• Most Tournaments Auto-Enroll – This means you'll be automatically enrolled just by placing a bet on the specified game.
• Some premium tournaments require separate registration, which is On the Promotions page Will be announced.
• Leaderboard rankings are determined by total points won, net profit, or highest single win — the criteria vary by tournament.
• The minimum bet is generally ৳50–৳200, varying by tournament.

Prize distribution: Cash bonuses or free bets are credited directly to winners' accounts within 24–48 hours of the tournament ending. The top 10–50 players receive prizes, with total prize pools ranging from ৳10,000 to ৳1,00,000+.
